These Terms govern your use of ClarioSpace. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

App Functionality

ClarioSpace provides tools intended to help users review and manage device storage, including duplicate or similar photo detection and photo or video compression. You are responsible for reviewing items before permanently deleting or modifying them.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple's applicable terms.

No Guarantee of Recoverability

You should maintain appropriate backups of important files. ClarioSpace is not a backup service and does not guarantee that deleted or modified media can be recovered.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Changes to the Service

Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued as ClarioSpace evolves.
